Sophros Recovery provides IOP for people struggling with any and all kinds of substance abuse. We're a dual diagnosis program, focusing on mental health just as much as the physical cravings of addiction. Sophros provides a high level of evidence-based support for all clients, case management, alumni support, virtual therapy options, and medication-assisted treatment. Our team will work with you to hone skills in communication, boundaries, healthy coping, stress reduction, and mindfulness. Our flexible IOP lets clients choose a combination of mornings (9am-12pm), afternoons (1pm-4pm), and evenings starting in 2024 (5:30pm-8:30pm) to best fit their schedules. IOP is 3-4 days a week for 3 hours a day. All clients also have an individual therapist selected based on their needs for weekly 1-hour meetings. The entire program is typically 10 weeks long: starting around 2 weeks of Partial Hospitalization Program and stepping down to IOP for 8 weeks. The duration of treatment is individualized and clients can start at the IOP level of care. We have a nurse and doctor on staff to help with medication management, and can enroll and inject Vivitrol on-site. We also complete FMLA/STD paperwork for clients to attend treatment. Our team is trauma-informed and veteran owned and operated.
