After completing a biopsychosocial assessment through Directions for Living, Clients can be matched to a number of mental health services including adult/childrenís psychiatry and therapy, group therapy, assisted outpatient treatment, case management, certified recovery peer specialist services, pharmacy services, psychological testing, telehealth remote access to crisis evaluation, and more. Through case management, they provide recovery-based and individualized supports including assessment, linkage, advocacy, and monitoring for adults and children with a severe and persistent mental illness. Services are designed for adults who are experiencing a mental health condition or have experienced trauma, including loss and grief, depression, anxiety, abuse histories and co-occuring substance misuse, using evidence-based practices and the latest research-supported interventions to restore and improve the quality of life for each individual served. These services can be provided in clinic or via telehealth.
