In-Home Addiction Treatment Program; You may access substance use treatment from the privacy of your own home. If you or a loved one suffer from an addiction to a substance, this program may be the right fit for you. Our Team consists of a Medical Doctor, Psychiatric ARNP, Individual Therapist, Family Therapist, Care Coordinator (Social Worker or RB), Client Recovery Advisor x 2 (CRA ñ Peer), Family Support Specialist (Family Peer). The program is up to 52 weeks in duration. We are an alternative to inpatient treatment for those unable to go to inpatient and we are also a great step down from an inpatient program. This can be the additional support and accountability that someone in recovery needs.
