IDEA Exchange Tampa is a harm reduction organization serving Hillsborough County through a partnership with USF Health and TGH. We offer free and anonymous syringe exchange services, on site HIV/Hepatitis C rapid testing & linkage to treatment, on site basic wound care, overdose prevention education & Narcan distribution, safer injection education, insurance enrollment assistance, and mental health & substance use treatment referrals.
