Intensive Case Management & Linkage to services Mental Wellness Group Activities focused on youth & young adults, ages 16-25 living in Hillsborough County living with, experiencing symptoms of, or at risk of developing mental health or substance abuse conditions; previous mental health/substance abuse diagnosis, exhibiting behaviors that may lead to a diagnosis or having thoughts or behaviors related to self-harm or harm to others.
