Cove Behavioral Health – Youth Prevention Services

Youth in Hillsborough County middle and high schools are referred to Prevention Services if they have a history of low self-esteem, limited protective factors, family difficulties, behavior difficulties at school, history of drug/alcohol experimentation, difficulties with communication skills and/or developing positive peer relationships. In this program, we utilize individual & group counseling; online, in office, or in school sessions; and life skills and substance use education presentations. Prevention Services are free for students and community members. Youth who have possibly experimented with substances a hand full of times are eligible to receive Prevention Counseling
