In-person and virtual processing groups that cover different topics for niche groups including men's mental health, women's mental health, and chronic illness self-management.Art-to-Heart art therapy technique and release group utilizes expressive and creative arts to explore feelings and trauma recovery. These tools also provide tangible coping skills for clients to use during their personal and relational self-care time. For youth ages 7+, Art-to-Heart creates a curriculum that covers the domains of communication skills, social skills, self-esteem skills and depression, anxiety and grief coping.Groups and group schedules vary and are tailored to the community's/group's needs.
