Provides a smart recovery treatment model, psycho-educational groups, health and nutrition classes, and random drug screenings. Program addresses withdrawal stages, the negative effects of substance abuse/use and co-occurring issues.† Individuals detoxifying from drugs are screened by a nurse, physician, and therapist and may receive prescription medication to reduce the severity of withdrawal symptoms. Provides: 4 hours of structured activities 7 days a week between 9am-1pm. Individualized service plan is developed and implemented to specific service needs. Hours and treatment services are flexible in order to accommodate individual needs and varying schedules. Services include: Group Counseling, Medical & Nursing Evaluations, Detox Medications*Medication Assistance Services -† to those that qualify, Supportive/Individual Counseling, Physical Examination, Urine Screening, Educational Support, Intervention Services, Nutrition & Health, Recovery Support Services
