ACTS outpatient program offers assessment, treatment, supportive services, urine collection for drug testing and referral services to substance-dependent individuals and those with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. Program Services include ï Comprehensive Assessment ï Structured Groups ï Individual Counseling ï Health Information & Life Skills ï 12 Step Meetings ï Urine Drug testing (*Collection Site) ï Food Stamp Assistance (ACCESS) ï Recommendations & Referrals ï Participation in ongoing assessment processes ï Participation in group and individual curriculum ï Participation in urine drug screening The mission of the ACTS Outpatient and Adult Aftercare Programs is to provide and manage a broad array of human services to include: prevention, intervention, treatment, and supportive services in the arenas of substance abuse, co-occurring substance abuse and mental illness, child protection, delinquency, criminal justice, housing, economic self-sufficiency, and health and wellness. Our staff strive to provide individualized care through consistent encouragement and motivation. Plans for continuing care begin at the time of admission. Prior to discharge, recommendations are made in conference with the person served based on individual needs and treatment preferences.
