ACTS Sandra Prince Intermediate Care Program

The Sandra Prince Intermediate Care Program houses 14 beds for chronically homeless men with Hillsborough Healthcare and a mental health diagnosis who are in need of transitional supportive housing. The facility is designed to provide a clean, safe and supportive environment that is supervised 24 hours 7 days a week by resident support staff. The length of stay at this facility is up to 120 days with a goal of medication compliance, linkages to outpatient resources, therapy, and employment all as a supportive transitional process towards self-sufficiency.
