Offers individual and couples telehealth counseling for youth and adults who experience anxiety, depression, life stressors, grief, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, social anxiety, self-esteem, women's issues, and ADHD. Uses a variety of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and more.
