Building Healthy Futures (BHF) is providing Art-Therapy Program at no-cost to low-income mothers with children birth to fourteen-year-old, living in Hillsborough Countyís targeted neighborhoods. BHF seeks to provide services to women seeking a safe space to express, create, using a holistic artistic approach to foster personal development, healing, and mental well-being. BHFís Art Therapy Program is designed as an 8-week evidenced based cohort where parents/caregivers attend four (4) art therapy group sessions, two (2) personal development workshops, and two (2) financial literacy workshops.
