The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program at Chrysalis Health serves adults experiencing difficulties in functioning in their homes or community due to mental health or substance use issues, or both. The program focuses on helping clients restore the skills and abilities essential for them to reach an optimal level of independency and self-sufficiency. We provide clients with the tools necessary to successfully integrate themselves in their community, obtain and maintain employment, and build healthy social relationships. Clients are actively involved in setting personal goals and identifying what is needed to attain and sustain effective functioning in their lives. At the core of the program is a Life Skills Curriculum to help clients understand their issues and develop coping strategies for lasting health and wellbeing.
