* All Clients need to complete an intake assessment (Mon-Fri 9a-2p, first come first serve) in order to become eligible for any services. Orientation and services are typically available within 2 weeks following the initial assessment. Most services vary in cost and insurance acceptance; however they do operate on a sliding scale basis for eligible individuals.* Court Service Outpatient Program is an outpatient program that offers behavioral health education/intervention, individual, group and family counseling based on individually tailored treatment plans. Treatment supports the person served live sober, responsible and productive lives. This program provides a bridge between treatment and continued recovery by requiring attendance at group and individual sessions focused on relapse prevention and coping skills. The goal is to prevent the person served from relapsing due to behavioral health. The program provides random urine drug screens; depending on referral requirements and individualized treatment plan. If the counselor determines the person served has had minimal use or experimentation with illicit substances, he/she is recommended for group treatment and recovery. Persons served are encouraged to establish and maintain contact with AA/NA/support groups as part of their aftercare phase. Collaboration with referring agencies such as criminal justice and other agencies is maintained during treatment after an appropriate release is signed.
