Cypress Wellness Support Groups

Support groups are offered on a rotating basis. Please call or refer to the website for specific dates, costs, and registration.Teen Art Group: Art and music with teens using diverse art materials to promote trust, socialization, and group cohesion. Open for adolescents 13-19 years old. International Support Group: If you are navigating the complexities of life in a new country and seeking a supportive network to accompany you on this journey, we invite you to join our International Support Group! This group provides a supportive environment where you can connect with others who understand the complexities of adjusting to a new culture. Dialectical Skills Group: Offers a safe and welcoming space for individuals 16+ years old, who want to enhance their emotional well-being and improve their relationships. Skills covered include Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, and Emotional Regulation. LGBTQIA+ Groups: offers two separate group meetings. One for adolescents (12-17 years old) and one for adults (18+ years old).
