Through our unique program, you are taught how to recognize unhealthy patterns, learn effective coping skills, and practice applying new approaches in a safe therapeutic space, where you are fully supported by our expert clinicians and staff.Specialized treatment includes: trauma-focused therapy, group therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), case management, residential, outpatient, and telehealth. Our clinical team has extensive experience assisting first responders with PTSD, anxiety, cumulative stress, behavioral addictions, and substance abuse.
