Growth & Recovery Counseling – Outpatient Services

We offer in-person and virtual outpatient counseling including individual, group, families, and couples sessions. Works with a variety of populations including those experiencing ADHD, anger management needs, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, caregiver stress, relationship challenges, depression, divorce, eating disorders, family challenges, fears & phobias, grief & loss, history of childhood abuse, life transitions & family changes, maternal mental health needs, oppositional/defiant disorder, parenting concerns, self-esteem & body image needs, stress management, substance abuse & addiction, trauma, and workplace mental health & well-being needs. Our approach is eclectic and we offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic therapy. Additionally, we offer Christian/secular based counseling, LGBTQ+ counseling, and men's or women's issues focused counseling.
