Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, codependency and those who struggle with motivation and self-esteem. our past hurts and traumas can affect how we see ourselves, other people, and the world around us. They can affect our thoughts, feelings, and actions. They can cause us to act in ways that hurt the ones we love and go against our values, morals, and principles. Currently has a few first responder clients. Takes couples counseling as well.
