NAMI Pasco, an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness is a not-for-profit organization that provides free support, advocacy, outreach, and education to those with mental health conditions and their loved ones. Support Groups: -Connection Support Group: is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. -Family Support Group: is a peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. -NAMI On Campus: We have partnered with PHSC to provide students living with mental health conditions support through their student-led Students Offering Support (S.O.S.). For more info email info@NAMIPasco.org -Teen Support Groups: We are working with several other local NAMIs to bring support to teens. For more info email info@NAMIPasco.org -Partners Support Groups: We are working with NAMI FL to provide support to partners of those with mental health conditions. Currently, this group meets via Zoom -One on One and Small Group Coaching: In collaboration with Tactical Mermaids, we are pleased to offer one on one and small group coaching FREE to any NAMI Pasco participant. Working with a certified health and wellness coach will empower you to reach your goals and lead your best life. Coaching will help you have a fresh perspective, overcome obstacles, gain confidence, open the door to new possibilities, gain insight, and much more. -Sunday Chit Chat: Join us on Zoom, as we check in and chat about the week ahead, life, wellness, puppies, books, and anything in-between. -Create Your Calm: Join us on Zoom, with you coloring books, drawing pads, or other quiet activities (or just hang and chat) for an hour and a half of fun.
