The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is ideal for younger patients who would benefit from individualized support but do not require round-the-clock care. The IOP is designed with flexibility in mind for young people that have busy schedules. Typically, patients participate in programming for three hours a day, three days a week. For adolescent patients who are unable to take part in programming in person, we also offer a virtual option. While the typical length of stay in our adolescent IOP ranges from one to 16 weeks, the actual time a patient spends in the program depends on their unique needs and the progress they make while in our care. The following services are available during the IOP program: Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, Motivational interviewing, individual therapy, group therapy, experiential therapy (through recreational therapy and yoga sessions), peer support, and medication management (as needed). Treatment available for adjustment disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance use disorders. Please inquire as you may be eligible for no-cost transportation.
