The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers individuals who are struggling with mental health disorders or substance abuse problems the support of a structured treatment setting that is less intensive than inpatient programs. Individuals will have the ability to slowly transition back into their home environments, while still benefitting from education, support, and encouragement through different therapeutic interventions. The IOP program meets three to five days a week (Monday-Friday) 8:30am-12noon. The following services are available during the IOP program: individual therapy, mental health-focused or substance abuse-focused group therapy, and medication management (as needed). Treatment available for adjustment disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, self-harm, suicidal ideation, alcohol use, opiate use, heroin use, and prescription medication use. Please inquire as you may be eligible for no-cost transportation.
