Final stage of residential programs. Assist in activities of daily living through one-on-one meeting with Staff. Individuals live independently with minimal staff support. Emphasis on peer support and individuals helping each other solve day-to-day problems. The Community Support Services of Northside Mental Health Center provides a positive alternative to long-term hospitalization with residential, social, and vocational rehabilitation and case management services.
