Speak To Me Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting equality, education, independence, and wellness for BIPOC women, empowering them to reach their full potential and create positive change in their communities. Our mission is to promote equality, education, independence, & wellness and address these disparities by providing resources, support, and opportunities for growth and success. Our programs focus on fostering mental health and emotional well-being, as we believe that a healthy mind is the foundation for personal and professional development. Through therapy, counseling, and workshops, we aim to equip BIPOC women with the tools they need to regulate their emotions, build resilience, and thrive in all areas of life.We offer mental health advocacy, rotating support groups, access to workshops and speaker events, and connection to individual counseling. Counselors are available upon request, sessions are provided by licensed members of Speak To Me, and payment options vary depending on the provider- please reach out for more information.
