We have created trustworthy and transformational curriculum and experiences to ensure those we serve are strong and thriving at home. 1. OXYGEN Program The training and tools our heroes receive to excel on the job do not empower them to be successful at home. The OXYGEN Program is designed to provide opportunities to significantly improve our heroesí ability to communicate, resolve conflict, create emotional intimacy, interact with their spouses more effectively, achieve greater empathy, improve their parenting, and much more. 2. OXYGEN Profile Assessment OXYGEN profile assessment was developed by Noel and Karissa as a result of working with thousands of couples. They realized that many of the couples that had experienced OXYGEN Seminar would benefit from understanding their unique personalities and how they were having to adapt due to their service to our country.
