Adult, Family, and Pediatric Medicine; Womenís Health (OB/GYN), Free Pregnancy Test, Family Planning and Title X, Acute Illness Care (flu, cold, fever, sore throat, etc.), Chronic Illness Management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, heart disease, osteoporosis, etc.), X-ray/EKG and Laboratory Services, Wellness Visits, School and Sports Physicals for children, Immunizations, Dental Services (checkups, sealants, fluoride, cleanings, restorative and minor oral surgery), Pharmacy and Prescription Assistance, Behavioral Health, Optometry, Financial Counseling and Social Services Assistance, Health Education, Bilingual Staff/Translation Services. Walk-ins Welcome. All community residents are welcome to use the Center's services. Sliding scale discounts are available to patients based on their incomes. Will work with patients and their families on financial arrangements, including billing Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance companies. Information received about income if kept absolutely confidential. Proof of income is required to obtain discounts. If a discount is not requested, no questions are asked about income.
