Contrary to many other practices that focus on long exhales, this one is short & quick. We snap the exhale loose. When we inhale, we stretch the chest muscles, creating internal pressure. Then we use the pressure to snap the exhale loose, like popping a balloon, just setting the exhale free.
Dan Brule explains there is a knack to getting this and once you get it – it feels great. I like to use this one when my cup is empty and I have nothing left to give – it’s a reminder and a bridge to fill my cup back up – you’ll see what I mean!
