Breathwork: the Ha Breath

Having one of those really tired mornings or afternoon slump? Feel alive again with the Ha breath! Standing with your knees and elbows bent, have your palms facing up. As you inhale through your nose draw the elbows back. Then exhale and turn your palms towards the ground and say “ha” with the breath thrusting your hands forward. Repeat 5-15 times being careful that you don’t get light headed. Have fun with this one!
