Let’s boost our confidence and sense of self trust using a well known technique called alternate nostril breathing to target this specific goal. The left side of our brain is known to activate our masculine side and the right our feminine. Create a mindset that you’d like to bring forward your less dominant side and therefore feel more whole and confident.
Inhale through one side and pause, closing it off with your thumb or pointer finger; then exhaling out the other side. Inhale that same side and switch again, closing up the side not breathing with your finger. And repeat.
It’s important to continue to think about the mindset as you go. This exercise strives to bring you into balance with those opposing sides and assists you in feeling more confident!
