Breathness with Syd: Natural Breath


Rather than doing a practice that overrides our respiratory system, we are going to tap into the natural rhythm of our breath. Get still within the body and witness how your system is breathing. Pay close attention as you inhale and exhale. After doing this for a few moments, ask yourself how you are feeling and move onto some self-care, inquiring what it is that you need at this moment.
