Breathness with Syd: apple & humming

Like providing care and maintenance for a tool around the house, this exercise provides that same care for the main component of the parasympathetic (rest & relax) nervous system. By humming and exercising our jaw we are equipping the body to more easily shift into relaxation. Doing this daily has massive benefits reducing stress and eventually even trouble with sleeping. You can even do it while brushing your teeth!
