Breathwork: Revitalizing Continuous Breath

We’re doing a revitalizing continuous breath technique. This exercise brings a sense of feeling refreshed. It’s super potent when we use it outside, especially among trees or greenery. 

We are going to focus on the continuation of our breath, meaning we inhale without a pause and exhale moving right into the inhale. Looping the breath around and again. As we do this we are flushing excess carbon dioxide from our body and replacing it with a rich supply of cell energizing Oxygen! Oxygenated blood carries nutrients and vitamins more efficiently.
