Breathing with affirmations is an excellent practice to empower yourself! Say something affirming as you inhale and exhale. Solidifying a closeness to emotions of love and release of any stagnant feeling of fear. Maybe tomorrow you’ll feel like wearing a fancy hat and comfy shirt!
