Breathness with Syd: Straw breathing

You can do this anywhere and it’s barely noticeable so it is ideal as your go-to exercise! Inhale through the nose like normal (no need for a huge inhale) and just exhale slowly as if you were blowing through a straw. A reminder that anytime we are exhaling purposefully and long it sends a message to our brain and body to slow down and shift into a relaxation response.
