It was an exciting day at Strike The Stigma 2023 on September 21, 2023 with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Florida Blue.
Throughout the day, we welcomed 250 students who joined us on a Mental Health Journey.
Students visited four stations to learn more about their Inner World, Mind-Body Connection, Relationships, and Environment. At each stop, they were able to learn and discuss resources to support their mental health in each area!
