Let’s talk energy and how we can use the breath to wake us up. This “breath of fire” brings heat and stimulation to our bodies and communicates to the brain to be more alert and get focused.
I use this when I’ve hit that afternoon wall. I previously would grab more caffeine or sugar but then I’d crash again so this is an amazing alternative!
This is done in and out through the nose with a bit of a forceful breath on the exhale and gentle inhale. Go as fast or slow as you need and complete a minute or two.
Follow it up with some movement or sit and feel that energetic heat you created!
