Breathing with Syd: 4-4-6-2 breath

Similar to box breathing, this technique focuses on counting but we take a longer exhale than inhale. 

This gives it a twist of calm, meaning the 6 count exhale moves our nervous system state into parasympathetic or what’s known as the rest & digest.

Inhale count of 4, hold count of 4, exhale count of 6, and hold for a count of 2. Repeat.
