Breathwork: Pride Affirmation

“Meditating is like showering but for the mind.”

A saying that has stayed with me. Today we’re going to meditate and say an affirmation.

Please say aloud using your voice, to yourself in your head or just listen:

“I am proud of who I am” and repeat 3 times to yourself.

Using affirmations help to reframe limiting thoughts and recognize our inner strength and encourage confidence.
